CUPPING

Cupping is a great way to improve blood flow to tight, stiff muscles. Stiffness is due to stuck deoxygenated blood that needs to be moved. Cupping creates a suction that opens these spaces allowing healthy circulation to supply the area with what it needs to limit stiffness and discomfort.
